BJP Unveils Initial Candidate List

On Saturday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced its first list of 66 candidates. This announcement follows the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) revealing its seat-sharing agreement, thereby intensifying the competitive atmosphere.

Notably, Babulal Marandi, the state chief, will contest from Dhanwar. Additionally, the party nominated Lobin Hembrom for Borio and Sita Soren for Jamtara, focusing on impactful candidates.

In another significant move, the BJP fielded former Chief Minister Champai Soren from Saraikella, leveraging experienced leadership to connect with voters.

Moreover, the candidate list includes Geeta Balmuchu from Chaibasa, Geeta Koda from Jaganathpur, and Meera Munda from Potka. This diverse selection aims to resonate with various voter demographics across the state.
